What affects the price?

When it comes to powder coating, the final price of a project isn't just a flat rate. Several key factors influence the cost:

  • Material type
  • Size and complexity of the parts
  • Number of parts
  • Finish type
  • Surface preparation
  • Turnaround time

Every job is different — material type, part size, finish requirements, and production volume all affect the best coating solution. Our team will review your parts, drawings, and performance needs and recommend the most cost-effective and durable finish using our powder coating soltions. There’s no obligation — just honest advice and a fast, accurate quote.

What are the benefits of powder coating?

Professional powder coating using genuine GEMA electrostatic spray systems — delivering superior coverage, long-lasting protection, and a flawless finish on every job. Our finishing line is powered by GEMA Swiss electrostatic technology, combining digitally controlled application, high transfer efficiency, and repeatable quality on every batch. This is not standard spray-and-bake — it is a process-controlled coating system designed for industrial performance. The result— a flawless, durable, industrial-grade finish that outperforms standard powder coating and delivers consistent results batch after batch.

  • Highly durable – resistant to scratches, corrosion, and chemicals
  • Even finish – no runs, drips, or brush marks
  • Environmentally friendly – no solvents, low waste
  • Cost-effective – long life, low maintenance
  • Wide colour choice – thousands of colours and textures available
Do you handle low-volume / one-off parts?

Yes. About a third of what leaves the shop is under 20 pieces. There's no minimum order — we'll happily coat a single bracket if that's what you need.
